Skills • At least 3 years of sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets • Proficient in CRM systems, quoting, and drawing software • Strong foundation in interior design or decorating • Experience with upholstery or soft window treatments is a plus • Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs for showroom samples and materials • Ability to travel between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area for client consultations Responsibilities • Engage clients through personalized consultations to select designs • Build lasting relationships and guide clients through the design process • Prepare accurate design specifications for fabricators and manufacturers • Leverage leads and expand your network to generate referrals Qualifications • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in the design industry preferred Education Requirements • Relevant certifications in interior design or related field preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Professional certification in interior design or equivalent Experience Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in related fields such as design or decoration Why work in Sacramento, CA Sacramento is a vibrant city known for its rich culture, diverse community, and opportunities for growth.
