Compensation and Benefits
• Year 1 earning potential between \(60,000 and \)75,000, with no ceiling on success
• Year 2 earnings of \(95,000-\)110,000+

Skills
• At least 3 years of sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficient in CRM systems, quoting, and drawing software
• Strong foundation in interior design or decorating
• Experience with upholstery or soft window treatments is a plus
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs for showroom samples and materials
• Ability to travel between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area for client consultations
Responsibilities
• Engage clients through personalized consultations to select designs
• Build lasting relationships and guide clients through the design process
• Prepare accurate design specifications for fabricators and manufacturers
• Leverage leads and expand your network to generate referrals
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the design industry preferred
Education Requirements
• Relevant certifications in interior design or related field preferred

• Professional certification in interior design or equivalent
