Lead Office Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Office Designer to create detailed office and laboratory designs while mentoring the design team. Key Responsibilities Create 3D renderings of laboratory and office designs, ensuring MEP requirements are met Mentor and train Office Designers and Equipment Specialists, providing software and process support Prioritize project requests and evaluate designer workloads to recommend resource assignments Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field, or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in general space planning in healthcare design using Revit or similar software Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field Experience with dental office space planning or equipment requirements is preferred
