Lead Designer (Design Build Residential Remodeling)

Lead Designer Position — Ann Arbor Remodeling Join a Premium Design Build Firm Serving Greater Ann Arbor Company Overview: Ann Arbor Remodeling is a design build firm dedicated to delivering full-service home renovations and additions throughout Greater Ann Arbor. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and driven Lead Interior Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for executing the design and selections for our remodeling projects, collaborating with clients, internal teams, trade partners, architects, and vendors. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Lead Designer (not a junior designer). The Lead Interior Designer will begin working on each project after a Project Development Agreement is signed, managing all aspects of the design phase and guiding clients through the entire process. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, developing plans based on client needs, supporting project coordination and production management, and representing the company during Design and Pre-Construction.
