We’re now seeking a Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant who can blend sales expertise with design inspiration. What You’ll Do • Meet with clients in our beautiful new showroom and in their homes to understand their vision • Create custom kitchen designs using premium cabinetry, finishes, and fixtures • Present solutions with confidence and close sales with professionalism and flair • Guide clients seamlessly from design through installation, ensuring a luxury experience • Manage a pipeline of leads, referrals, and repeat clients • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets • Inbound & Outbound Sales What We Offer • Base salary plus uncapped commissions (earning potential of $100,000+) • Pre-qualified, high-end leads as well as outbound sales • A supportive, growth-focused team with strong back-office and installation support • Career growth opportunities in a company that’s scaling fast • Recognition, rewards, and a fun, driven culture Who You Are • A proven sales closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets • Background in kitchen & bath design, cabinetry, interior design, or construction sales strongly preferred • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills • Creative eye for design and detail • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed • Tech-savvy and comfortable using design software, CRM tools, and sales platforms Compensation Base salary + commissions | Six-figure earning potential for top performers.
