Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales

Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' kitchen visions into reality by providing expert design solutions and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while utilizing your design skills to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts. Duties • As part of our team, you’ll: • Work in the showroom from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless you have scheduled in-home consultations • Visit qualified leads (set by our marketing team) at their homes • Educate clients on our remodeling process • Provide design ideas and a ballpark estimate • Encourage clients to visit the showroom to view their design and sign the contract Requirements You might be a great match if you have: • Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects • Minimum of 2 years creating designs with 20/20 software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Sales skills and project management experience preferred • Work with trade professionals and their clients, designing and quoting cabinetry projects to each client’s specifications • Design cabinetry using 20/20 software • Quote and manage the full cycle ordering process for all Kitchen, Bath, and other Cabinet products • Maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department • Assist a sales team in gaining knowledge of Kitchen and Bath products • Promote our Kitchen and Bath program • Lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team Join our team as a Kitchen Designer where your creativity meets functionality!
