KB Home is growing and hiring an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our high-end showroom. This role is for a designer who knows how to sell, confidently lead clients through decisions, and convert great design into completed projects.
You’ll own the client relationship—from first conversation to final sale—combining strong design expertise with consultative sales skills and project coordination.
This is not a support role. You are the point person, trusted advisor, and closer.
What You’ll Do
• Lead client consultations and sell kitchen and bath design solutions
• Create compelling design concepts that align with client goals and budgets
• Present cabinetry, materials, finishes, and layouts with confidence
• Guide clients through decisions and close design-driven projects
• Manage multiple active projects while maintaining strong follow-through
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and CAD support
What You Bring
• 3–5+ years in kitchen & bath design or interior design with sales responsibility
• Proven ability to close design projects
• Strong design portfolio
• Experience with CAD or other drafting software and/or working effectively with CAD support
• Excellent communication, confidence with clients, and strong follow-up skills
