We provide our designers with a steady flow of qualified leads, a professional showroom environment, and a dedicated production team to bring your visions to life. The Role We are looking for a seasoned Kitchen & Bath Designer to lead our front-end design and sales process. You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, transforming their ideas into functional, beautiful 3D designs. The Workflow: You focus on the design, the estimate, and the sale. Once the contract is finalized, our expert installation team performs a final field verification, providing a technical safety net to ensure your project is 100% buildable before materials are ordered. Key Responsibilities • In-Home Consultations: Meet with prospective clients to evaluate their space and lifestyle needs. • Initial Site Measurement: Perform the primary "design-level" measurements required to create accurate 2020 layouts and project estimates. • Design & Rendering: Utilize 2020 Design (Cyncly) to produce high-quality 3D renderings and floor plans. • Estimating & Sales: Present design concepts and estimates to clients, guiding them through the selection process to finalize the sale. • Procurement: Responsible for the accurate ordering of cabinetry and materials based on the finalized design. Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years of professional Kitchen and Bath design. • Software: Expert proficiency in 2020 Design (Cyncly) is required. • Sales Aptitude: A polished professional who is comfortable building rapport and closing sales in a residential setting. • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of cabinetry catalogs, modifications, and residential remodeling. Preferred Skills (The "Plus" Factors) • Experience with bathroom-specific products (plumbing layouts, and fixtures). • Familiarity with the implications of moving walls or reconfiguring footprints.
