With a focus on timeless, elegant designs, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-end residential projects in a collaborative and creative environment. About Jennifer Lynn Interior Design LLC Jennifer Lynn Interior Design brings versatile and unique interior design to clients in the Florida southeast coast, who don’t want their home to be like everyone else’s. With a depth of experience working in construction and kitchen and bath projects, our collaborative team of diverse design voices knows how to learn who our clients are and effectively lead a project from concept to completion to create a one-of-a-kind home that accomplishes our clients’ dreams. Description Responsibilities: Design & Planning: • Create innovative kitchen and bathroom designs that balance functionality and aesthetics. • Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to present to clients. Technical Expertise: • Provide expertise in cabinetry design, countertops, hardware, and finishes. • Interpret architectural plans and collaborate with contractors to ensure design feasibility. • Specify and source materials, appliances, and fixtures appropriate for project scope and budget. Project Management: • Manage kitchen and bath projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and installations. • Conduct site visits to measure spaces, verify layouts, and oversee installations. Client Interaction: • Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget. • Present design concepts and proposals with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Outreach to promote our cabinet line and showroom to the trade. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design, preferably in high-end residential projects. • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or equivalent). • Strong knowledge of construction processes, cabinetry, and technical aspects of kitchen and bath design. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Experience working with luxury materials and vendors is a plus.
