Kitchen & Bath Designer

With showrooms in Windham, Manchester, Salem, Warner and Tilton, NH, our professional team of designers and installers ensures every project is completed on time and on budget “from concept to completion.” We’re looking for a Full-Time Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Manchester, NH showroom team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to balance both design and sales. You’ll guide clients through every step of the remodeling process from initial consultation and layout to material selection and project coordination. Responsibilities: • Meet with clients in the showroom and at job sites to discuss design goals, layout options, and budget. • Create and present kitchen and bath designs to clients. • Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and detailed design plans. • Coordinate with installers, vendors and project manager to confirm all materials arrive on schedule and installations align with the design plan. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cabinetry lines, countertops, fixtures, and hardware. • Attend occasional vendor trainings to stay current on products and design concepts. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen and bath design or related field required. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Valid driver’s license required for job site visits. • Availability to work 4–5 days per week, including Saturdays (required). Compensation: • Base pay plus commission. • Average total pay: $50,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
