What You’ll Do
You'll be responsible for taking a project from initial concept to final design, ready to hand over to our production team.
• Meet with clients in our showroom to explore design goals, style preferences, and functional needs.
• Create innovative, customized kitchen and bath layouts using professional design software.
• Collaborate with our in-house project team to create bids and finalize pricing.
• Create the final contract, order all materials, and track deliveries
• Follow up with the client throughout the construction process

• You enjoy sales, meeting face-to-face with clients, and guiding them through big design decisions.
• You like working on projects with strict timelines and high attention to detail.
• You love collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to create the best possible result
• You love design of all types, whether it be fashion, Architecture, or interior design.
Experience And Skills Needed
This is not a role for beginners. We are looking for experienced designers with practical experience and training.
• NKBA certification or deep knowledge of NKBA standards.
• Proficiency in 2020 design software and/or Chief Architect
• Strong space planning skills, interior design training
• A deep understanding of cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
You will manage 2-4 projects at a time in the design process. You will also visit job sites for periodic review with the project manager and handle change orders or warranty claims.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
