By fostering a welcoming shopping environment, designers drive sales that support departmental goals. • Deliver fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers to support the Customers First priority. • Interact with customers to assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, and set them up for kitchen and/or bath measures. • Meet with customers to discuss room designs and make purchasing recommendations. • Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support the In Stock initiative. • Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a safe and appealing shopping environment to support the Store Appearance priority.
