Kitchen & Bath Designer

Scavolini Store Roseville, a distributor for high-end Italian Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Living Spaces with a 3,700 sq. ft. seeking a full-time kitchen and bathroom SALES Designer to join our team with a proven track record in retail design and sales. This position has lots of room for growth! The person must have experience working with high-end clientele and high- quality kitchen/bathroom furniture. The role involves completing projects from the initial greeting to the installation. Duties: Kitchen/Bath/Closet design using the company’s software (training will be provided). Handling the phases of the sale, including placing orders for cabinets, appliances, and countertops. Interacting with Project Management, Accounting Department, and Customer Service. Rapidly activate his/her professional network as well as ensure a professional sale presence in Roseville showroom handling daily sales. While focusing on residential sales, draw on personal understanding the technical features of the product and its quality to ensure superiors service to clients. Meeting clients in the showroom to create a unique experience by providing the best customer service Attend measure appointments at Client's residences (as needed) Taking clients brief and interpreting it into the design with all specific requirements Preparing and presenting the design and quotation to clients Offering professional advice and recommendations Converting clients interest into sales using negotiating and influential skills Ensuring the showroom meets the company highest expectations Liaising with the in-house support team and installation manager to ensure the aftersales process runs smooth Always be to work on time and follow companies polices Skills: Interior design/architectural educational background Experience in 20/20 Design Software is a huge plus Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Strong sales knowledge Be creative, hardworking and be able to use own initiative Well presented and mannered Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop Good business sense and the ability to prioritize and balance workloads Be able to work under pressure to achieve SALES and targets in line with expectations and have a strong desire to succeed Great positive personality and professional appearance Strong desire to succeed Team player but also able to work on their own Strong attention to details Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field is required Intermediate or above level of knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D programs, and Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable and assertive attitude combined with a natural intuition of the client’s taste Experienced in the contemporary Italian Design aesthetic Ability to learn new software program Ability to handle multiple tasks on a tight schedule Fast learner with attention to details Organized and comfortable working autonomously Good verbal and written communication skills A proactive mindset, earning corporate trust through excellence in execution A strong retail sales background in European Contemporary Design Full comprehensive training on products and on our drawing software will be given. $22 - $30 per hour depending on experience including uncapped individual sales commission and bonuses.
