As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Luxury Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team and help deliver exceptional remodeling solutions to our discerning clients. Position Overview As a Designer at Cleveland Tile and Cabinet, you will be responsible for creating stunning, functional designs for remodeling projects that reflect the tastes and needs of our clients. Working directly with homeowners, architects, and contractors, you will oversee the design and transformation of spaces from initial concept through completion, ensuring a smooth and cohesive process that includes every detail of our full turnkey service. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design process for luxury kitchen and bath remodels, guiding clients through every step of the project • Work with our in-house CAD department to develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Chief Architect design software • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to installation • Manage client relationships, providing personalized service and design expertise • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the remodeling industry • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring a smooth and successful completion • Help manage the selection and ordering of materials, fixtures, and finishes • Specialize in remodeling designs that balance aesthetic vision with functionality and structure • Ensure that the full turnkey service approach—managing all aspects of design, material selection, construction, and installation—is integrated into every project Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in luxury kitchen and bath design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in remodeling projects • Expertise in design software (such as AutoCAD, 20/20, or similar) • Deep knowledge of materials, cabinetry, finishes, and design trends specific to kitchen and bath remodeling • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and team members • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design and service • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction • Experience working in a showroom environment is a plus Additional Information • Full-time, in-person position at our Rocky River showroom • Competitive commission-driven sales role with a draw against earnings • Benefits package available, including health insurance and retirement options • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate How To Apply If you’re a seasoned kitchen and bath designer with a passion for remodeling and transforming spaces, we want to hear from you!
