Kitchen and Bath Designer

Job Description We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen and Bath Designers. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their kitchen and bath project journey. - Welcome customers to the store, assess their needs, provide showroom tours, set them up for kitchen and/or bath measures, and meet with them to go over room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in interior design or related field a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to interpret customer needs and develop creative solutions.
