Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service: Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Design and Consultation: Assess customer project needs, provide showroom tours, and meet with customers to discuss room designs and make purchasing recommendations. • In-Stock Initiatives: Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures, restock as necessary, and maintain a well-stocked showroom environment. • Store Appearance: Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a safe and appealing shopping environment. Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Interior Design or related field preferred. • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen and bath design, sales, or customer service. • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of kitchen and bath design principles and trends.
