Kitchen and Bath Design Specialist

Design Consultant We are seeking a skilled Design Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers' needs and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage with customers, assessing their project needs and providing expert guidance on kitchen and bath design options. • Conduct showroom tours, present design solutions, and collaborate with customers to create personalized designs that meet their needs and budget. • Support our In-Stock initiatives by monitoring stock levels and restocking samples and brochures as necessary. • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in design consulting or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
