Junior Interior Designer

We are looking for an Junior Interior Designer to produce design drawings and 3D rendering, oversee finish, furniture and material selections; design fabrication of custom furniture; and develop and maintain relationships with vendors and fabricators Responsibilities... • Expert in producing design drawings and 3D rendering for showrooms • Develop & present design concepts to the company head and the development team • Develop design ideas into formatted documents, including designing, modeling, and executing specialty spaces, custom millwork, and furniture with minimal supervision • Prepare schemes and sample boards inclusionary of furniture, fabrics, and accessories • Attend on-site meetings with consultants and contractors (some local travel required) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or above • 1-2 years of experience of doing building rendering, and doing interior design rederings of model homes and showrooms • Expert in Interior Deisgn, Architectual or Industrial Design • Translate design intent into assembly details • Excellent presentation abilities • Natural multi-tasker with ability to work on multiple projects at once • Expert in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and proficient in Revit, Rhino or Sketchup • Expert 3D rendering and design abilities using Revit, Rhino, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Photoshop • Have a positive, can-do approach • Highly organized and can adjust to multiple and changing priorities • Chinese mandarin highly preferred Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Interior design: 1 year (Required) Language: • Chinese (Required) Work Location: In person
