Additional Information About the Role
BJC is hiring an intern for our Planning Design and Construction team. This position is looking for 2027-2028 grads that are majoring Interior Design.
May 2026 - April 2027
20 Hours/wk during school year
40 Hours/wk during the Summer
Looking for candidates with a 2027/2028 Graduation date
Would need to reside in the STL area for duration of internship
Role Purpose
The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) will support the pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare. We have a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project-based. As an intern in the career development program students can expect to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. Students must be enrolled in a degreed program - preference given to students who have completed at a minimum, freshmen year. Students will have exposure to a variety of professional experiences: •Professional development training and workshops •Extensive networking opportunities •Interaction with senior leaders •A dedicated support network
