This role involves working within integrated design teams on various projects across Education, Workplace, Healthcare, Justice + Civic, and Mixed-Use sectors. You will play a crucial role in designing complex projects from schematic design to construction administration, collaborating with clients, contractors, and vendors to prepare detailed specifications.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based on location, experience, and skills, with a suggested pay range of \(80,000 - \)100,000 USD.

Skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite, Designer Pages Pro, and 3D visualization software (Enscape, Sketch Up, Lumion Render)
• Strong ability in conceptual design, program development, and space planning
• Holistic design acumen addressing 3-dimensional space functionality and material performance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong client and time management skills
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong conceptual design skills
• Apply comprehensive design and technical skills in project development
• Lead collaboration at project and integrated team levels
• Prepare drawings, models, images, material & mood boards
• Take responsibility for design development with input from leadership
• Meet deliverable deadlines to maintain project schedules
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• 5-8 years of professional interior design experience
• Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams
• Occasional travel required

• Degree in Interior Design or related field
Experience Requirements
• 5-8 years of professional experience in interior design
• Proficiency with relevant design software mentioned above
• Preferred licensure, LEED AP and/or other green certifications, and interest in Sustainability Design
