We are seeking a dedicated Intermediate FF&E Designer to become an integral part of our dynamic New York team. ???? Your Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Senior Designer to bring designs to life, from concept development to project installation. • Create comprehensive design documentation and engaging presentations across all phases of the project. • Conduct in-depth research and source high-quality FF&E, materials, and finishes that resonate with our refined aesthetic. • Maintain strong relationships with trusted vendors and suppliers to procure custom, high-end pieces. • Oversee pricing, lead times, and procurement details to ensure smooth project execution. ?? What We're Looking For: • 5-7 years of experience in high-end residential or boutique hospitality design. • Proven track record with respected interior design firms. • Expertise in millwork, furniture design, and crafting bespoke case goods. • In-depth knowledge of premium FF&E sources, from vintage markets to specialized showrooms. • Experience working with custom fabricators for furniture, lighting, and joinery. • A keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional craftsmanship. • Degree in Interior Design from an accredited institution. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • Residency in or around New York City, with full-time on-site availability. ???? Essential Skills: • Fluent in English (both verbal and written). • Proficient in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
