Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused interior sales professional to drive sales growth in our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers by providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to furniture products and services.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of interior design trends, furniture products, features, and benefits.
• Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including showroom displays and stockrooms, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of interior design principles, furniture materials, and manufacturing processes.
