Key Responsibilities: • Serve customers by providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to furniture products and services. • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of interior design trends, furniture products, features, and benefits. • Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement. • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including showroom displays and stockrooms, to ensure an exceptional customer experience. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
