Interior Project Coordinator - Purchasing & Coordination

We make a lasting impact in the lives of our clients as we style traditional timeless interior and exterior details. We form meaningful relationships with clients while we create enduring, inheritable homes for them. We are seeking an Interior Project Coordinator to manage the flow of our interior work from design through construction. This role plays a key part in overseeing interior purchasing, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring clear communication between designers, builders, trades, and clients. Responsibilities include managing appliance and furnishing packages, tracking budgets and purchasing schedules, coordinating shipping and logistics, and helping ensure interior design deliverables are completed on time to support construction. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited by the operational side of high-end residential design, where thoughtful planning and follow-through are just as important as great aesthetics. DETAILS: We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of beautiful interiors, logistics, and execution. This role oversees interior purchasing and procurement of appliances, furniture, antiques, and other specialty items. They will work on pricing through delivery. You’ll also coordinate interior project timelines: • Design deadlines • Purchasing schedules • Builder & trade coordination You’ll work closely with designers and builders to: • Track budgets • Align scopes • Ensure projects move smoothly from design through construction You'll also work with clients to make sure they are having a smooth experience.
