Interior Planning

Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Interior Planner to join our team at designminds. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace strategy, interior design principles, and commercial interiors. Main Responsibilities: • Participate in programming activities with clients to understand their office furniture needs and considerations. • Develop comprehensive designs for interior environments, specifying furniture, materials, and finishes. • Research and propose products and systems that meet client functional, aesthetic, and budgetary needs. • Collaborate with account managers to develop proposal materials and pricing inputs for quotes. • Ensure compliance with design intent during project implementation through the development of installation support documents and specifications. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of Commercial Electronic Technology (CET). • Familiarity with commercial interiors and office furniture. • Knowledge of Healthcare products is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
