The Position We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer to contribute to our firm's growth. Our ideal candidate is passionate about service, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse; highly motivated; a strong leader; technically proficient; and organized. Qualifications • BS/BA in Interior Design or a related field • Passion for historic interiors and potentially historic preservation • Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud • Ability to work well with others, especially department managers, project managers, and business development efforts • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal • Ability to operate tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail & helpful attitude Responsibilities • Interior Conceptual Drawings, including Furniture and Finish Selections • Team with Project Architects and Interiors Team Leader • Furniture Sourcing for Clients and The Shop & The Showroom (our retail stores) • Constructions Specification support • Interior Renderings • Social Media Support What We Offer An excellent benefits package includes paid time off, health/life/disability insurance, a Simple IRA retirement plan, professional organization memberships, two remote workdays a month, and continuing education opportunities.
