Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer specialized in medical spa environments to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative interior designs that enhance the aesthetic appeal, functionality, and overall experience of our medical spa spaces. Your expertise will help create calming, luxurious, and efficient environments that meet both client needs and industry standards. Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts tailored specifically for medical spa settings, incorporating elements of color theory, lighting design, and spatial planning. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize design ideas clearly. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints while providing expert guidance on materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and remodeling options. Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications using Bluebeam and CAD drafting tools to ensure precise execution during renovation or remodeling projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts effectively through strong project management skills to ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion. Source lighting fixtures and accessories by leveraging lighting sales knowledge to recommend products that enhance ambiance and functionality. Oversee the renovation or remodeling process by coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures. Qualifications Proven experience in interior design with a focus on medical or spa environments is highly preferred. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for creating detailed visualizations and construction documents. Strong knowledge of drafting techniques, color theory, lighting design principles, and CAD software applications. Experience in project management including budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination. Familiarity with construction processes related to renovation or remodeling projects within healthcare or wellness settings. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
