Are you a hands-on interior designer with incredible taste, a strong work ethic, and a love for travel? We’re a fast-paced, high-style boutique design firm based in Dallas, specializing in luxury senior living and multi-family communities across the country. We’re looking for someone who’s not just creative—but also confident with a drill, a measuring tape, and an install checklist.
This is a travel-heavy, boots-on-the-ground position with room to grow. You’ll help bring our model apartments to life with thoughtfully curated furnishings, layered accessories, and jaw-dropping first impressions. If you have an interior design degree, a great eye, and love seeing your designs through to install day, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meeting with clients and making design FFE recommendations
• Stage and install model units in Multi-Family apartments and luxury senior living communities coast-to-coast
• Lead model home setups, including receiving product, styling, and completing final punch lists
• Space plan and design with Senior Designers to maximize function, beauty, and market appeal
• Customize and select furnishings that meet client needs, timelines, and budgets
• Present design boards to clients using Canva —confidence and client-facing polish and follow up are key
• Support project execution with hands-on purchasing, accessorizing, unpacking, and on-site styling
• Assist with Revit modeling, especially for layouts and FF&E documentation
• Bluebeam Revu furniture and space planning
• Travel regularly for installs and photo shoots (must be comfortable flying and driving)
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (This is not a graphic design or architecture position)
• Great personal style and impeccable taste—we’re looking for design instincts that can be developed and trusted
• Revit proficiency or formal training required
• increible space planning nartural skills
• Creativity and problem solving
• Ability to follow the lead of the design director
• Hands-on mindset—must be comfortable with physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and solving on-site challenges
• Energetic, organized, and accountable, with great follow-through and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently, on a team, and under pressure
Bonus Points For:
• Experience staging, merchandising, or setting model units
• SketchUp knowledge or Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Confidence in sourcing, purchasing, and managing install logistics
• Ability to create cohesive color palettes, furniture plans, and accessory selections
• Understanding of commercial design phases: SD, DD, CD
What You’ll Love About Us:
• Fun, creative, supportive team that works hard and has a blast doing it
• High-end, design-forward projects that make an impact
• Convenient Uptown Dallas office with showroom vibes and walkable amenities
• Mentorship, growth, and opportunities to build your dream career
Important Notes:
• This is an in-person, full-time role (M–F, 9–5) based in Uptown Dallas, with overnight travel
• Frequent travel is required—applicants must be able and excited to travel nationwide
• Please do not apply if your background is in graphic design or architecture or if you do not plan to live and work in Dallas
To Apply:
Please submit your resume, portfolio, and a short cover letter sharing why you’re the perfect fit for this role of interior designer, installer, and stager.
