Job Detail We are looking for a proactive, creative, energetic person to fill a hybrid role of interior designer and sales manager. This position's function would be split between new client development and in-house design and specification for other team members. Job Requirements - Bachelor degree in interior design - Experienced and proficient in CAD and 3D rendering. Revit, photoshop, 2020 software/Visual Impression, CET experience a plus. - Excellent communication and team building skills - Ability to develop new client base to form long-standing relationships - Has strong knowledge of interior design field and current practices - Working knowledge of contract furniture lines a plus - Furniture dealership experience a plus - Some travel required - Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work on multiple, simultaneous projects Position Duties - Space planning/drawing/product specification/pricing for customers - Color/finish work related to specified products - Develop visual renderings and presentation tools to assist customers in their decision making - New client development/sales - Client meetings and presentations within Kentucky and occasionally Indiana and Tennessee - Collaborate with other sales consultants regarding their project needs - Bonus points if you are a good joke teller and like the Kentucky Wildcats! • * This position is salary plus a lucrative commission plan Job Type: Full-time Work Remotely • No, but occasionally as needed Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Paid time off • Retirement plan Schedule: • 8 hour shift Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Interior design: 1 year (Preferred) • 3D rendering: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 25% (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
