Interior Designer/Sales Consultant

Interior Designer with Sales Experience We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with sales experience to join our team! If you are passionate about design, have merchandising experience, and thrive in a dynamic retail and design environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers and potential design clients, building strong relationships. • Participate in all phases of design, including: • Space planning & furniture layouts • Development of floor plans & cabinet drawings • Product specification, budgeting, and presentations • Job site supervision & project coordination • Anticipate client and project needs, working proactively to deliver exceptional results. • Assist with receiving product and opening freight as needed. • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom. Qualifications & Skills Required: ✔ Proficient in SketchUp and renderings (required) ✔ Experience in interior design, space planning, and furniture layouts ✔ Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting monthly goals ✔ Excellent presentation and communication skills ✔ Highly self-motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented ✔ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills ✔ Excellent writing skills for proposals and client communication ✔ Background in design, retail, or project management is a bonus ✔ Outgoing and friendly personality—client engagement is key!
