Who You Are:
Commission Sales & KPI Performance
· I consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
· I track conversion rates, average transaction size, and upselling/cross-selling performance.
· I create or use existing systems to manage my pipeline, client follow-ups, and sales reporting.
Custom Furniture Product & Materials Expertise
· I demonstrate in-depth knowledge of upholstery, case goods, finishes, textiles, and bespoke manufacturing processes.
· I educate clients on construction quality, durability, and comparative value of high-end furnishings.
· I understand industry best practices with regard to furniture placement, room design and floor plans.
Digital Design & Visualization Tools
· I create floor plans by hand or utilizing industry standard software.
· I am able to navigate digital catalogs to source for virtual presentations.
Showroom & Client Presentation Skills
· I curate product assortments for client appointments.
· I present design concepts using swatches, samples, and digital tools.
· I host both in-person and virtual client walkthroughs with confidence and clarity.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
· I manage order systems, lead times, and logistics for custom pieces.
· I have experience working with furniture manufacturers, workrooms, and installers to ensure seamless delivery.
Project & Budget Management
· I am comfortable discussing client budgets and restrictions.
· I oversee projects from scope development through final installation.
· I prepare accurate estimates and proposals aligned with client budgets.
Industry & Market Awareness
· I stay informed on luxury home trends, new product lines, and competitor offerings.
· I participate in trade shows and maintain awareness of designer collaborations.
· I understand the buying behavior of luxury clients and adapt strategies accordingly.
Data-Driven Communication & Follow-Up
· I segment clients, track purchase histories, and generate repeat business through data-driven strategies.
· I build long-term client relationships and maintain them with timely outreach.
What You’ll Do:
· Design Solutions: Use your creativity and people skills to assist customers in selecting high-quality furniture, accessories, flooring, rugs, window treatments, and more.
· Tailored Experiences: Help customers find stock inventory or special-order products to meet their unique needs.
· Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships by keeping clients updated on orders, providing progress reports, and resolving any issues with professionalism.
· Problem-Solving: Embrace challenges and deliver creative solutions to meet customer goals.
· Sales Excellence: Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering a professional, enjoyable experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
