Interior Designer/Sales

We are actively seeking the right person to join our sales team at our Indianapolis location. Some of the duties and responsibilities of the position are... • Engaging with customers who need help in selecting furnishings for their home. • Creating and suggesting design ideas for clients. • Utilizing design tools available to compute material requirements and optimize usage. • Interacting with customers in our showroom, in their home, over the phone & trades shows • Developing innovative solutions by staying current with a wide selection of flooring products and home design options. Requirements: • One to two years of prior sales experience would be beneficial (furniture sales is also a plus). • Ability and desire to work as a team player. We are a family-owned business and our employees enjoy working together and looking out for each other. • Openness to learning and working with specialized computer systems. • Current valid driver’s license and working vehicle with proof of insurance. • Education: Degree in Interior design from a 4 year university.
