123 Remodeling is an established company looking for experienced Salespeople with a passion for Design and Project Management. For the right person this is a dream job! Meet with the client, develop a concept, then work with our design assistants who will render 3-D drawings for you. Lovely showroom in Scottsdale Design Center to use for finish selection. Experienced Sales Director to offer whatever support is needed. Our work is exciting, fast-paced, and very fulfilling. In this role as a sales design consultant, you will be focused primarily on remodeling for homeowners in the Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include: • Sales • Meeting with clients to develop design ideas for their home that suits their needs and budget. • Manage the construction phase of the project. Or partner with a project manager and split commissions. • Work with our in-house architecture and drafting team, and our project superintendents, to ensure a successful home renovation. Our focus is solely residential, with an emphasis on kitchens, bathrooms, and whole home renovations for our clients. 123 Remodeling wins dozens of local and national awards every year for our remodeling excellence. To be successful in this role, experience in sales and this industry are a necessity. This is not an entry level position.
