Hours: FT Pay range: Starts at $70K Benefits: 10 days PTO + nine major holidays and your birthday (20 days total), 401K eligible after one year, health care after a 60-day introductory period Contract or W2: W2 Location: Philadelphia, Chester County Main Line Duties and responsibilities: • Client consultation • Concept development • Space planning • Material and color selection • Technical drawings • Collaboration • Project management • Client communication with a focus on superior service • Develop and maintain relationships • Budget management • Documentation and record-keeping • Coordinate with construction teams • Site visits • Quality control • Compliance and regulations Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience • Systems –Google Suites, MS Office, ClickUp, Revit or similar, Canva and Photoshop • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Eye for luxury design and finishes • Strong understanding of construction finish materials and processes • Residential design experience is essential • Structured and organized • Must possess a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strong project management skills • Ability to collaborate with team members Work Environment: • Functions primarily in an office, on-site at construction jobs, and/or vendor showrooms • Work requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday • Position requires the ability to talk and hear; good vision skills (with or without correction) are required • Position requires the use of fingers, hands, and arms on a consistent basis for computer and phone work • Occasional travel to client locations • The position must occasionally move inventory up to 40 pounds
