About the role As an integral part of the design team at WRA Architects you will have the opportunity to be a part of a high-level design team leading the client towards a beautiful and timeless design solution. Requirements Responsibilities As an Interior Designer, the position is responsible for mainly, but not exclusively, 900s portion of the architectural set. Be able to take a section and take responsibility for all the modeling, coordination, and organization of a specific section of the architectural drawings. Collaborates in other sections of the design, continually checks in with Senior Interior Designer (SID). Clarity and completeness of the interior design section of the drawings. Skill Set · This role must possess a Bachelors degree in Interior Design. · Understand Materials · Research Problems and Propose Solutions · Team Player · Initiative · Takes Direction · Good Attitude · Knowledge of Office Production Standards · Drafting Accuracy · Attention to Detail Reports The Interior Designer be part of the WRA Interior Design Team and will report to Project Principal-In-Charge (PIC), Project Coordinator/Manager (PM), and Senior Interior Designer (SID). Continuing Education/ Expertise/ Leadership Participate in seminars, conventions, trade shows & organizations relevant to Interior Design, Architecture and School Design (NCIDQ, AIA seminars) in order to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and techniques.
