Essential Job Function Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts and vision boards, select finishes, and record documents for field and internal use.
• Research and source selections at local showrooms, including—but not limited to—furniture, fabric, carpeting, tile, plumbing, appliances, lighting, hardware, countertops, flooring, etc., and create spreadsheets to share with project managers and clients.
• Perform administrative tasks and project management, including product pricing, estimate writing, submitting orders and obtaining progress reports, processing payments, and organizing furniture deliveries.
• Maintain Vendor relationships during all phases of project to ensure accuracy of orders and timely deliveries.
• Maintain Owner relationship during all project phases through weekly calls, email and site visits.
• Work with Architects, Construction Project Managers, and field personnel in the design, coordination, pricing, and installation of work.
Education/Experience:
Interior Design Degree from a two- or four-year College or University.
Must be proficient in SketchUp/LayOut, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Studio Designer, Asana, and Bluebeam Revu is a bonus.
