Position: Interior Designer / Project Manager
We are a dynamic, growing, multi-specialty dealership and consulting firm seeking to fill a full-time Commercial Interior Designer position. The role involves producing accurate and cohesive space plans and FF&E specifications for client presentations and submissions. Candidates should have experience working with clients, proficiency in CET, Worksheet, CAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated individuals who embrace challenges and leverage their skills will succeed.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing accurate drawings and specifications of products for quotes and orders.
• Creating product and finish presentation drawings or boards for client meetings.
• Performing interior design, space planning, and development tasks, including drawings, calculations, cost estimates, and FF&E specifications.
• Attending project meetings as required.
• Conducting punch and post-occupancy reviews as needed.
• Collaborating with the team to meet critical deadlines.
• Participating in regular product training sessions.
Requirements:
• Full-time, local candidate in Tulsa. No remote work.
• 2-4 year degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Contract Office Furniture Industry, Architectural Interior Design, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of construction, design processes, and applicable codes.
• Knowledge of office furniture products is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 20/20 CAP Studio, CET, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite or similar.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and leadership qualities.
