We are seeking a high-caliber Interior Designer / Selections Specialist who is both creative and methodical—someone who can guide clients through design decisions while keeping projects on track and within scope. You’ll play a key role in curating design finishes, managing product procurement, and maintaining a polished showroom experience. What You’ll Do: Client Design & Selections • Guide clients in selecting finishes, features, and fixtures that reflect their vision and lifestyle. • Offer expert design advice to simplify decision-making and elevate the overall client experience. • Conduct presentations and consultations in our design showroom. Product Ordering & Logistics • Source and order products based on approved selections. • Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely arrival and coordination with project managers. • Maintain a detailed, real-time record of all selections and job statuses. Showroom Oversight • Manage the look, layout, and inventory of our showroom. • Keep displays fresh, organized, and aligned with current design trends. Collaboration & Coordination • Work cross-functionally with project managers, drafters, and procurement leads to maintain workflow accuracy. • Review and interpret plans, assist in identifying design solutions or drafting adjustments when needed.
