### Summary Description
We are currently seeking multiple **Remote Interior Design Specialists** to join one of the largest eCommerce companies headquartered in Seattle, WA. This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong backgrounds in interior design, as well as expertise in Photoshop, photo editing, or video editing. You will collaborate with our Home Design Team to enhance customer shopping experiences, leveraging Generative AI technology to create high-quality visual assets.
### Compensation and Benefits
- **Hourly Pay:** $25/hour
- **Duration:** 10-month contract position, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance.

### Skills
• *Required Skills:**
- 2+ years of experience in interior design, retail furniture design, or visual merchandising
- Proficient in photography, videography, and photo editing
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex issues
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior design projects and renders
- Capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining organization and effective communication
• *Preferred Skills:**
- 2+ years of experience annotating furniture pieces
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of current trends and social media influences within interior design
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Ability to handle ambiguity and devise effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
### Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of high-quality interior design within the Home Design Team and collaborating teams.
- Assist with style and design annotation and auditing efforts.
- Support Data Scientists in style algorithm development.
- Consistently perform a high volume of tasks while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Organize work and report progress in a timely manner.
- Adapt style definitions and classifications based on internal customer feedback and trends.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Audit photos and videos for errors and apply appropriate captions.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven professional experience in a design-related capacity, particularly in a virtual environment
### Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
### Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in interior design, visual merchandising, or a related field
- Proven experience in photo and video editing, as well as working with design project management tools
