Interior Designer - Paid Relocation to the Florida Keys

Job Title: Interior Designer Reports to: Interior Design/Sales Manager... FLSA Status: Exempt This job requires PAID Relocation to the Florida Keys. • We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Interior Designer. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking clients through the full design-build process and includes tasks related to project planning, design development, project management, and client communication. • This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about interior design to bring luxury residential spaces to life in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints • Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval • Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using Revit Autodesk software • Select appropriate materials and finishes including but not limited to cabinetry, tile, electrical and plumbing fixtures, for each project • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are implemented accurately • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is not required but would be nice to have • Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role • Proficiency in Revit/Autodesk software for creating detailed drawings and renderings is required • Experience with cabinetry design using 2020 Design or similar cabinetry modeling software is a plus • Strong knowledge of color theory, space planning, and materials selection • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members • Ability to manage budgets and adhere to project timelines • Experience in sales or business development is a plus • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred If you have a passion for creating beautiful spaces that enhance the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
