Job Description: Drive all phases of interior design from initial programming and conceptual mapping through construction administrationFacilitate client workshops, space planning sessions, and compelling design presentations that communicate visual intentCurate and select high-quality finish palettes, material specifications, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)Produce accurate, coordinated Revit documentation, including plans, interior elevations, details, and schedulesCollaborate seamlessly with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrityDirect construction administration tasks including field measurements, submittal reviews, RFIs, and punch listsCoordinate product procurement, logistics, and final on-site installation reviewsGuide multidisciplinary teams, uphold rigorous firm standards, and mentor junior staff (for senior-level candidates) Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited program3 to 10+ years of professional interior design experience, ideally within an architecture or commercial design firmAdvanced proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite is preferredComprehensive knowledge of space planning, FF&E specifications, interior detailing, and material performanceWorking knowledge of current building codes, life safety regulations, and ADA accessibility standardsExceptional graphic, verbal, and written communication skills with strong presentation poiseHighly organized with the ability to manage overlapping schedules and multiple design deliverablesNCIDQ certification (or active progress toward it) is preferredMandatory requirement: Submission of a professional portfolio or work samples   At our clients’ request, only individuals with required experience will be considered.
