Interior Designer Lead

This role involves working with healthcare clients on award-winning projects, leading interior design efforts, mentoring junior designers, and participating in business development activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a similar field, and 7+ years of experience in interior design. They should also possess NCIDQ or CID accreditation, basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as proficiency in visualization software like Enscape or Lumion. • *Responsibilities** • Lead research, sourcing, price inquiries, and material finishes compilation. • Develop strong design concepts that align with client vision and brand. • Interface with clients regularly and contribute to business development efforts. • Responsible for quality control of own work using BIM and office standards.
