Position Overview: We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Interior Designer to contribute to our firm's continued growth. Our ideal candidate shares our passion for service, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse. You should be a motivated individual with strong leadership qualities, technical proficiency, and excellent organizational skills. Qualifications: • BS/BA in Interior Design or a related field • A genuine passion for historic interiors and a strong inclination towards historic preservation • Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud • Ability to collaborate effectively with department managers, project managers, and engage in business development • Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal • Aptitude for working under tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, helpful attitude Key Responsibilities: • Create interior conceptual drawings, including furniture and finish selections • Collaborate with Project Architects and the Interiors Team Leader • Source furniture for clients and our retail stores, The Shop & The Showroom • Support construction specifications • Produce interior renderings • Assist with social media initiatives We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health/life/disability insurance, a Simple IRA retirement plan, memberships in professional organizations, two remote workdays each month, and opportunities for continuing education.
