Interior Designer II (Commercial Focus, with Residential Projects)

We're looking for someone who is motivated, creative, proactive, and a great team player-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats.
Responsibilities
• Select and specify interior finishes for drawings, legends, and schedules
• Source and specify interior furnishings and FF&E
• Design and assemble presentation boards
• Conduct client presentations, both in-person and remotely
• Assist with the production of architectural interior drawing sets
• Develop and adhere to project schedules and deadlines
• Delegate tasks to junior designers and oversee their completion
• Participate in construction administration services, including on-site visits
• Maintain communication with consultants, vendors, installers, and workrooms
Required Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
• 3-5 years of interior design experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
• Strong skills in architectural detailing and understanding of building codes
• Creative talent in concept development through sketching/rendering (manual or digital)
• Understanding of construction methods and materials
• Ability to perform site verification and documentation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Awareness of current design trends
• Willingness to occasionally travel
