We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer - Furniture Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our medical facilities, with a specialization in furniture selection and procurement. Develop and implement interior design plans for medical facilities, with a focus on furniture selection and procurement, in alignment with the organization's goals and standards. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure interior design plans meet functional and aesthetic requirements. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices in the healthcare industry to inform design decisions. Create detailed furniture schedules, floor plans, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Manage the procurement process for furniture, including sourcing, bidding, negotiating, and tracking delivery and installation. Ensure that all furniture selections meet safety, durability, and infection control standards. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of design plans, furniture selections, and budget tracking. Work closely with the facility management team to ensure all furniture is properly maintained and replaced when necessary. Collaborate with the interior design team to develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for all medical facilities. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external vendors, addressing any concerns or issues related to furniture design and procurement.
