We are currently seeking a driven, organized, and highly collaborative Interior Designer/FF&E Coordinator to join our program team in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on managing the furniture procurement process for our client’s K-12 program, with guidance from an overall FF&E procurement manager. As a pivotal player, you will work with the design management team to coordinate FF&E plans and schedules with multiple furniture vendors, transforming school facilities into vibrant and inspiring spaces.

Skills
• Ability to read and understand FF&E plans and specifications
• Familiarity with furniture industry standards

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to relocate to Jacksonville, FL area if not currently residing there
Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day management of the furniture procurement process
• Organize FF&E plans and schedules in collaboration with design management
• Establish milestones and deadlines with project management and furniture vendors
• Schedule and lead FF&E coordination meetings with principals and school representatives
• Develop and implement branding strategies for each school
• Update tracking spreadsheets and schedules, resolving any issues promptly
• Confirm finalized order choices and ensure purchase orders are issued
• Supervise FF&E delivery and installation, including punch list walks
• Obtain and verify vendor quotes and work with finance teams on budgeting
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Interior Designer or FF&E position
• Demonstrated ability to interface with architectural design processes

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
