Interior Designer

CORE Architects LLC is seeking an Interior Designer to work on exciting new building and renovation projects for HealthCare, K-12 Education, and Municipal clients. Candidates will work side by side with Project Managers and Principals to develop interior designs, specifications, and bid documents for large and small scale projects. This position offers a hybrid work environment with the... opportunity to split time between remote and in-office work. If you join our team, you will: • Participate in our proprietary Strategic Master Planning Process for Predesign Services • Assist Architects in Developing Space Programs and Space Planning Diagrams during the Programming and Schematic Design Phase of projects • Develop design concepts and presentation drawings in cooperation with our Design Principal and Project Managers - with primary focus on Interiors and Space Planning • Develop bidding and construction documents for Interiors • Manage production staff and Coordinate with/manage Consultants • Participate in Construction Administration activities • Manage and communicate directly with Clients, and assist the Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager in the same • Manage the Interiors Library and stay current in Materials and Design Trends • Be constantly presented with the opportunities to grow your skills, savvy, and experience, and develop the necessary tools to be a successful professional.
