We’re looking for a creative, outgoing, and self-motivated Interior Designer to lead and grow our In-Home Design program. This role combines interior design, client relationship building, and project leadership in a fun, fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work closely with customers both in-store and in their homes to design functional, personalized spaces that fit their lifestyle, taste, and budget. What You’ll Do Meet with clients in-store and through in-home consultationsCreate customized room designs and furniture selectionsRecommend layouts, fabrics, finishes, and accessoriesLead customers through the design process from concept to completionBuild lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-upHelp grow and promote the store’s In-Home Design programPartner with the sales and leadership team to drive overall store successStay current on design trends, furniture styles, and space planningWhat We’re Looking For Passion for interior design and helping peopleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence working independently and managing multiple clients/projectsSelf-driven, organized, and creative mindsetAbility to thrive in a team-focused, customer-first environmentInterior Design degree or related experience preferredExperience in design, furniture, retail, or sales is a plusWhy Join La-Z-Boy? Bonuses are based off of designer sales volume.
