About this role
Keystone Kitchens is a high-end cabinetry and millwork company serving discerning homeowners, architects, and builders across the Southeast. We specialize in bespoke spaces where architecture, craftsmanship, and design meet. Every project is custom, detail-driven, and built to last generations.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented Interior Designer who understands both beauty and buildability. This role is for a designer who can envision exceptional spaces, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate seamlessly with our production and installation teams to bring designs from concept to completion.
This is not a showroom decorator role — it’s a hands-on design position within a manufacturing-driven environment where creativity meets precision engineering.
Responsibilities
• Lead client design consultations for kitchens, built-ins, closets, and specialty millwork
• Develop layouts, elevations, and finish concepts
• Specify materials, colors, hardware, and custom details
• Collaborate with drafting and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy
• Present designs confidently to clients and trade partners
• Maintain organization across multiple active projects
• Uphold Keystone’s luxury standards in every detail
Qualifications
• Strong eye for proportion, scale, and architectural harmony
• Experience in interior design, cabinetry design, or residential design preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and technical teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
• Proficiency in design software (or willingness to master it quickly)
• Passion for craftsmanship and high-end residential work
Ideal Candidate
You thrive in a fast-moving creative environment, love collaborating with builders and architects, and take pride in seeing your designs come to life in real spaces. You care about materials, finishes, and details others might overlook. You don’t just design rooms — you design experiences.
Why Join Keystone Kitchens
