Summary: • Develop rapport with and educate clients in residential remodeling so that they may be able to make educated, sound decisions about investments in their home. • Interview clients, measure & analyze existing space – note existing conditions. • Develop initial design concepts for design agreement & project feasibility meetings with clients. • Develop a detailed written scope of work for kitchen, bath, and other residential remodeling projects. • Design the project & prepare detailed plans for pricing in the design process. • Prepare & host client presentations. • Provide selection services to clients for fixtures & finishes when needed. • Revise & review project with client as necessary. • Attend pre-construction conferences for proper sales/design to production hand off. • Participate in Networking Events, Educational Seminars & Home Shows as necessary. • Lead Sales meetings • Qualifying prospects throughout the process including creating rough (ballpark) estimates • Creating and presenting proposal documents, design agreements and production agreements. • Utilize Chief Architect software to help clients visualize the end result. • There will also be some marketing efforts required, such as social media posts, blog writing, project staging, photo uploading, etc. • Actively maintaining contact with clients during design, production, and post production after completion. • Perform regular check-ins with the client after completion at predetermined intervals. Accountabilities: • The Designer/Project Developer is accountable for completing the above tasks and activities to the following measurements of success and standards of quality and performance: • Meet or exceed assigned annual sales objectives defined in the annual strategic plan. • Maintain a professional appearance, follow the company dress code at all times while in the office, at client sites or while representing Sebring and enhance the positive experience of guests visiting our offices. • Sell all projects according to Sebring quality and process to meet or exceed company performance standards. • While representing Sebring act in accordance with the Sebring Mission Statement in all decisions and interactions with clients, vendors, partners or the public.
