Interior Designer

Are you and interior designer? Do you have a keen eye for design? We are seeking a creative, sales-driven Designer who can contribute to both the visual and commercial success of our store. The ideal candidate must have experience—or be willing and able to learn. Key Responsibilities: • Assortment Buying & PO Ordering: Support the buying process by selecting and ordering merchandise that aligns with our brand and customer preferences. Accurately generate purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely floor placement. • Create merchandise displays throughout the store or in other defined areas. • Sales Support: Maintain a strong sales focus by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through product knowledge and visual presentation. • Commercial Awareness: Assist with in-store commercial strategy, including merchandise placement, promotional planning, and product performance analysis. • Collaboration: Work closely with the buying, sales, and merchandising teams to ensure product assortment and presentation meet both creative and business goals. • Must work with floor technicians to accomplish furniture moves on showroom floor • Assisting with set up for special in-store events Qualifications: • Previous experience in buying, PO creation, or inventory management preferred (or willingness to learn) • Strong sense of style, trend awareness, and attention to detail • Sales-oriented mindset with proven customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment • High School diploma is required: a bachelor’s degree in a related area in design, art, architect is preferred • Required 2-5 years of experience in the field or related area • Expected to show a portfolio of your own design creations or experience Must have a high degree of creativity and initiative Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
