Interior Designer

Daniel Joseph Chenin, Ltd., an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design studio in Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. Recognized in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, and other leading publications, we redefine luxury through a seamless integration of architecture, interiors, and furniture design. We are committed to crafting high-end residential projects that embody sophistication, precision, and meticulous detail. Minimum Requirements: • Any combination of skills and experience necessary for the job. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-end interior design within the United States. • Interior Design degree from an accredited institution, with Professional Licensure preferred. • Knowledgeable in sourcing premium product resources, materials, and furniture fabrication methodologies. • Skilled in producing meeting minutes, RFIs, submittal responses, and professional correspondence. • Excellent customer service skills. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral form. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients and vendors to establish project milestones and manage deadlines. • Source materials, furniture, lighting, art, and accessories for presentations and procurement. • Conduct bid solicitations and reviews with vendors and in-house procurement teams. • Oversee FF&E plans and schedules, ensuring coordination with all relevant drawings and documentation. • Review furniture plans, shop drawings, samples, and strike-offs for accuracy and alignment with project specifications. Personal Attributes: • Highly collaborative and creative, with a passion for pushing design boundaries. • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an emphasis on precision and detail. • Ability to make sound judgments and provide rationale to support design decisions. • Passion for researching new materials, furnishings, and design concepts. Nice to Have: • Background in both residential and commercial luxury projects, including hospitality design. • Actively pursuing professional licensure or advanced certifications.
